מגיל ממש קטן אני פוחדת מרופא שיניים. אני זוכרת אפיזודות טנטרום שהייתי עושה על רצפת חדר הקבלה בזעקות אימה רק שלא יכניסו אותי פנימה. אבל כמובן שהכניסו אותי וכלום לא עזר. לאחרונה החלטתי שהגיע הזמן להתמודד עם האימה ומצאתי לי לשמחתי רופאת שיניים הוליסטית, ד"ר ליליאנה אוריה שאליה הלכתי לבדיקה והיא גם נתנה פרשנות רוחנית/רגשית לבעיה שסבלתי ממנה. לפרשנות שלה התחברתי מאוד אבל אז הגיעה האבחון שהיה מבחינתי הנורא מכל: צריך לעקור את השן ולעשות שתל דנטלי. ביקשתי ממנה שתפנה אותי לרופאה נחמדה ועדינה שתוכל להתמודד עם החרדות שלי וכך הגעתי ל Dr. Anat Tadir דר' ענת תדיר - מומחית חניכיים, שתלים דנטלים, השתלות עצם. ד"ר תדיר אמנם לא מתמחה בטיפול באנשים עם חרדות אבל מהרגע הראשון שנכנסתי לקליניקה שלה הרגשתי בטוחה. הגוף שלי פשוט ידע שהוא בידיים טובות. הרגשתי מיד שאני סומכת עליה ושאני יודעת שהיא תטפל בי בעדינות ובמקצועיות. זה כמובן לא מנע ממני לדחות ולדחות את מועד ההשתלה … כי בכל זאת - חרדה, ולבסוף כשקיבלתי תזכורת וואטסאפ עדינה מד"ר תדיר החלטתי שאני הולכת. אם להודות באמת עברתי סשן קינסיולוגי כדי להתמודד עם הפחד, ולקחתי גם כדור קלונקס אבל בסופו של דבר העדינות והמקצועיות של ד"ר תדיר והאסיסטנטית שלה, אולגה, היו האפקט המרגיע האמיתי. לפני שהיא התחילה בטיפול היא שאלה איזה מוסיקה ארצה לשמוע ושמה לי ברקע את המוסיקה הברזילאית שביקשתי, לאורך כל הטיפול היא הסבירה לי בסבלנות רבה בדיוק מה היא עושה (אבל בלי תיאורים גרפיים) ובסופו של דבר בתוך האווירה הבטוחה, הנעימה והרגועה הזאת הטיפול הזה עבר בקלות ובמהירות. חשוב לציין שגם ההחלמה היתה קלה ביותר ולא נזקקתי כלל למשככי כאבים. בדיעבד אני לא מאמינה באיזה סטרס תהומי הייתי מהליך שהסתבר להיות כ"כ פשוט ולא מלחיץ. הסיבה שאני כותבת את הפוסט הזה בפירוט רב כל כך היא כי אני יודעת שיש עוד הרבה אנשים כמוני שסובלים מחרדת אימה מטיפולי שיניים. חשוב שתדעו שיש רופאים, שבנוסף להיותם מקצועיים ומצויינים הם גם רגישים למצבים האלה וכל החוויה יכולה בזכותם לעבור כחיובית. מודה מעומק הלב לד"ר אוריה ולד"ר תדיר על חוויה מתקנת ומשנת חיים 🙏

ד"ר ענת תדיר טיפלה בי במסירות, במקצועיות ובאדיבות לפני כחצי שנה כשעשתה לי עקירות מסובכות ושני שתלים, ממליצה בחום למי שמחפש טיפול מקצועי ולמי שמפחד מרופא שיניים - כמוני...המלצתי לבני משפחתי ולחברים. בהצלחה!

רופאה ממש נחמדה מקצועית ואנושית. הטיפול היה נעים ורגוע. ההחלמה הייתה מהירה ולא כאבה. בהחלט אגיע אליה בשנית אם אצטרך ( מקוה שלא 😀) וכמובן שממליץ בחום.
